Our rates vary depending on how you plan on using the space:
Meetings is $300/hour or $1500/day.
Celebrations such as grad, birthday, and dinner parties are $450/hour.
Popups are $1950/day.

Yes. You can bring or cater food at no additional cost.

We have a cleaning fee of $150/day to help keep our space new including disposing of trash.

Yes. You're welcome to use the space in our fridge and anything that is in the fridge.

We have office tenants and members who will rent the rooms weekdays before 5pm. If someone rented out the conference room prior to your booking, we will let you know before signing. Should you need complete privacy, please purchase our Privacy Add-On for $300/day.
